“When shall we three meet again?”

So this is the webzine I’ve been working on for the past while! It’s called VISIT: EDINBURGH and has some articles written by me and my team member about certain aspects of the city. I wrote about the art and architecture of the city and I also designed and put together the webzine.

To conclude,

I feel this assignment for me has been a success. From starting with very little knowledge of Photoshop, I feel the practical sessions and practicing at home has given me enough know-how to create a reasonably realistic film still. There are still parts of the painting that I’m not overly happy with, like the foreground for example, but I am proud of what I’ve done and I am generally pleased with it.

The Great Day of his Wrath, 1851 - John Martin

This is the fine art painting I’ve chosen to match colour in my matte painting. I feel the painting has a powerful, apocalyptic feel and matches with my matte painting well.

My finished matte painting. :)

Idea for final?
